She earned her M.Div. in Theology from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and served 20 years in North Africa and the Middle East with her late husband, Raouf. Upon return to the States, they founded the Arabic Baptist Church in Murfreesboro, TN. She is an author, speaker, and fluent in French and Arabic.
